Delivery
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are packed the same day. Every order is tracked, and anything over £250 goes by Special Delivery so it’s signed for and insured.

How it’s packed
Singles go in a penny sleeve and a toploader, inside a rigid card mailer. Graded cards are wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed. Sealed product is boxed with padding so the corners arrive sharp.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. Send items back in the condition they arrived: singles in their original sleeve and toploader, sealed product unopened, slabs uncracked. We refund the item price within 5 working days of it reaching us.
If something isn’t as described, for example a card in worse condition than its listing, we refund you in full including postage both ways.
Condition guide
Raw singles are graded by eye under a lamp, front and back. When a card sits between two grades, we list it at the lower one.
- NM Near Mint
- Looks fresh from the pack. At most a speck of edge wear you’d need to look for.
- LP Lightly Played
- Minor wear on edges or corners, or a faint surface scratch. No creases or bends.
- MP Moderately Played
- Clear edge and corner wear, some scratching, possibly a small crease.
- HP Heavily Played
- Heavy wear, creases or bends, but complete and easy to read.
Graded cards
Graded cards have been assessed by an independent company and sealed in a tamper-evident case (a slab) with a label showing the grade and a certificate number. You can look up that number on the grader’s website to confirm the slab is genuine before you buy.
- PSA grades from 1 to 10. A PSA 10 is Gem Mint.
- CGC grades from 1 to 10, with Pristine 10 above Gem Mint 10.
- Beckett (BGS) gives subgrades for centring, corners, edges and surface, plus an overall grade. A BGS 10 Black Label has perfect subgrades.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders are charged when you order, so your allocation is secured. We dispatch them to arrive on release day where Royal Mail allows. If a distributor cuts our allocation, we refund you straight away and tell you why.
Questions and answers
Are your cards genuine?
Yes. Every single is checked for print quality, texture and light transmission before it’s listed, and sealed product comes from distributors, not resellers. If you ever doubt something you bought from us, send it back for a full refund.
Will the card I receive be the one in the photos?
For singles over £100 and every graded card, yes: the photos show the exact copy you’ll receive. Lower-value singles are photographed as examples, and the condition you choose is guaranteed.
Can I combine pre-orders with in-stock items?
You can, but the whole order ships when the pre-order is released. If you want the in-stock items sooner, place two orders.
Do you buy cards?
Not yet through the website. Email us with photos and we’ll tell you whether we can make an offer.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We’re planning EU shipping once customs paperwork is set up properly.
